“Even though I have always worked in creative industries, I never really considered myself creative. Then I found my passion in the kitchen and realized that developing meals and putting my own spin on them WAS my creativity in action. It’s inspired me to be better and to learn more about this imaginative art. Anyone can innovate when they find what inspires them!”
thanks for the info….

Hi, Angie!
I love your site. I’m glad you decided to do a “calorie-conscious” section. Too many of us need that one, huh?? I’m really enjoying receiving the FoodMusings emails. You’re giving us all some great new recipes to try. Today’s Tilapia with Citrus is going on next week’s menu (I’m still in the redwoods–can’t get a lot up here). But I’m sending you a note with pics about a “new” veggie they grow up here: Pineapple Tomatillos. Yummy! Keep up the outstanding work.
Love this! Way to go, Angie. I think I will make the cauliflower dish for Thanksgiving. Such a variety of dishes. Take care,
Colleen
you’ll love the cauliflower Colleen. I’ll be posting a great roasted brussel sprouts recipe too that would be good for Christmas,

Great to hear from you Helen! Be sure to sign up for auto emails when I post new recipes. Let me know how the dish goes in your restaurant too!
Tried the Breakfast Shepherd’s pie for dinner – it was still good, no matter what time of day it’s served!
